Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, start by taking CA-89 N from anywhere in Lake Tahoe. Follow CA-89 N for approximately 12 miles until you reach the intersection with CA-28. Turn left onto CA-28 W (North Lake Boulevard) and continue for about 2 miles. Look for Donner Rd on your right and turn onto Donner Rd. North Tahoe Regional Park will be on your left at 6600 Donner Rd, Tahoe Vista, CA 96148. There is no parking fee at the park.

    If you are using public transportation, check the local bus service, Tahoe Transportation District (TTD), for routes that serve the North Lake Tahoe area. From the Stateline area, take Bus Route 21 towards Tahoe Vista. Get off at the Tahoe Vista – North Tahoe Regional Park stop. The park is a short walk from the bus stop.
