Getting There

• Walking

  If you are on The Strip, the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign is within walking distance. Start at the southern end of The Strip, near the Mandalay Bay Resort. Head south on Las Vegas Boulevard South (also known as The Strip). Continue walking for about 0.6 miles (approximately 15 minutes). You will see the sign on your left side, located just past the intersection with South Las Vegas Boulevard and East Hacienda Avenue.

• Public Bus

  You can take the RTC bus service, specifically the Deuce or the SDX (Strip & Downtown Express). Board the bus at any designated bus stop along The Strip. Make sure you have a valid bus pass, which costs $6 for a 2-hour pass or $8 for a 24-hour pass. Ride the bus southbound towards the South Strip Transfer Terminal and get off at the stop nearest to the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign. The sign is a short walk away from the bus stop.

• Rideshare Service (e.g. Uber, Lyft)

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Open the app, set your pickup location on The Strip, and enter 'Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign' as your destination. The cost will vary based on your exact location on The Strip and time of day but expect to pay around $10 to $20. The rideshare will drop you off close to the sign.

• Bicycle Rental

  You can also rent a bicycle from one of the many bike-sharing services available along The Strip. Rent a bike at a nearby kiosk and ride south on Las Vegas Boulevard. It’s about a 15-minute bike ride to the sign. Ensure to return the bike to a designated drop-off point after your visit. Rental prices vary but usually start around $3 for a 30-minute ride.
