Car
If you are traveling by car within the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, start from the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center. Head west on W Charleston Blvd, then turn left onto NV-159 S. Continue on NV-159 S for approximately 5 miles until you reach the junction with Blue Diamond Rd. Turn left onto Blue Diamond Rd. The Middle Oak Creek Trailhead will be on your right after about 2 miles. There is no entrance fee for the trailhead itself, but you may need to pay a fee to enter the Red Rock Canyon area if you haven't already. Confirm current fees at the visitor center.

Public Transportation & Walking
If you are using public transportation, take the RTC bus route that services the area, such as RTC Route 202. Disembark at the nearest stop to the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center. From there, you will need to walk approximately 3 miles to the trailhead. Exit the visitor center parking lot, head west on W Charleston Blvd, and follow NV-159 S until you reach Blue Diamond Rd. Turn left onto Blue Diamond Rd and walk approximately 2 miles to the Middle Oak Creek Trailhead. Note that this route may involve walking along roads without sidewalks, so exercise caution.
