If you are driving to Red Rock Canyon Marker (South), begin your journey from the Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center, located at 1000 Scenic Loop Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89161. From the Visitor Center, take Scenic Loop Drive southbound. Follow the road as it winds through the canyon, and be sure to enjoy the scenic views along the way. Continue driving until you reach the South Entrance of the park. The Red Rock Canyon Marker (South) is located just past the South Entrance, approximately 4 miles from the Visitor Center. Look for the markers on your right side as you drive.

To reach Red Rock Canyon Marker (South) via public transportation, start by taking the RTC Bus (Route 215) from the Las Vegas Strip to the Summerlin area. Get off at the Summerlin Transit Center. From there, you can use a rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) to reach the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Inform your driver to take you to the South Entrance. Once you are at the South Entrance, the Red Rock Canyon Marker (South) is a short drive within the park. Be aware that there is an entrance fee for the park, which is usually around $15 per vehicle.
