Walking
From the center of Sparks, head southwest on E Victorian Ave toward Pyramid Way. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles (around 10-15 minutes). When you reach Pyramid Way, turn left and continue heading south for another 0.3 miles. Once you reach E 1st St, turn right. Continue walking straight for about 0.4 miles until you reach Reno City Hall, located at 1 E 1st St, Reno, NV 89501.

If you're near the Sparks Marina Park, walk to the nearest bus stop at Marina Gateway. Take the RTC bus route 11 towards Reno. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the 'Reno City Hall' stop. From there, Reno City Hall is just a short walk to the east on E 1st St, approximately 0.1 miles.

If you have access to a bike, start from the Sparks Marina Park and head west on E Victorian Ave. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto Pyramid Way and bike south for about 0.3 miles. Turn right onto E 1st St and continue biking for approximately 0.4 miles until you reach Reno City Hall at 1 E 1st St, Reno, NV 89501. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
