    From any location in Koumac, head south on Route de la Côte towards Route de Koumac. Continue on Route de Koumac until you reach the intersection with Route de la Mer. Turn left onto Route de la Mer, which will take you directly towards Nouméa. Keep following the signs for Nouméa, which should lead you to the coastal road. As you approach Nouméa, look for signs directing you to Anse Vata, where the Lagoon Aquarium is located. Once you reach Anse Vata, turn onto Promenade Roger Laroque, and the aquarium will be on your right at 61, BP 8185 Promenade Roger Laroque. Parking is available nearby, but expect to pay around 500 XPF for parking fees.

    If you're using public transportation, start by taking a local bus from Koumac to Nouméa. You can catch the bus at the main bus stop in Koumac. The ride may take about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the schedule. Once you arrive in Nouméa, you can take a taxi or another bus to Anse Vata. If taking a taxi, simply ask the driver to take you to Lagoon Aquarium located at 61, BP 8185 Promenade Roger Laroque. The taxi fare from the bus station in Nouméa to the aquarium is approximately 1,500 to 2,000 XPF. If you choose to take another bus, look for the line that goes to Anse Vata.
