Walking
Start at the center of Hanover, specifically at the Dartmouth College Green (located at 35 North Main Street). From the Green, head east on Main Street until you reach the intersection with South Park Street. Turn left onto South Park Street and continue walking until you reach the end of the street. Take a right onto Lyme Road, which will lead you out of the main town area. Continue on Lyme Road for about 1 mile until you see a small parking area on the left side; this is where the Girl Brook Trails begin. The entrance to the trails is just off of Lyme Road.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can start your ride from the Dartmouth College Green (35 North Main Street). Head south on Main Street and turn right onto South Park Street. Continue straight as it becomes Lyme Road. Follow Lyme Road for approximately 1 mile. Look for the small parking area on your left, where you can leave your bike and access the Girl Brook Trails.
