If you're driving, start your journey on I-95 N towards Portsmouth. Take exit 7 for US-1 Bypass N. Continue on US-1 Bypass N and take the exit for Market St. Turn left onto Market St and continue straight. The Moffatt-Ladd House & Garden will be on your left at 154 Market St. There is limited street parking available in the area, so be prepared to find a spot nearby.

For public transportation, take the C&J Bus Lines from Boston to Portsmouth. Upon arriving at the Portsmouth bus terminal, exit the terminal and walk to the nearest bus stop on the corner of Daniel St and Islington St. Catch the Portsmouth Public Transit Route 1 towards the Portsmouth Circle. Get off at the Market St stop, which is a short walk from the Moffatt-Ladd House & Garden. Walk east on Market St, and you will find the house at 154 Market St on your left.
