• Car

  If you're driving to O'Hara's Restaurant and Pub from anywhere in the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge, start by heading south on Pleasant Plains Road toward Long Hill Road. Merge onto Long Hill Road and then take the ramp onto I-78 E. Continue on I-78 E for about 10 miles. Merge onto I-287 N and then take exit 14B for US-202 N toward Mahwah. Follow US-202 N for about 15 miles, then merge onto I-80 E. Continue on I-80 E for about 20 miles, then take the exit toward I-95 S. Merge onto I-95 S and continue for approximately 10 miles. Take exit 15 toward FDR Drive, then follow signs for the FDR Drive. Continue on FDR Drive until you reach the exit toward Houston St. Continue straight onto East Houston St, then turn left onto 1st Ave. Follow 1st Ave until you reach Cedar St. O'Hara's will be on your left at 120 Cedar St, New York, NY 10006.

• Public Transportation

  To reach O'Hara's Restaurant and Pub using public transportation, start at the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge visitor center and walk to the nearest bus stop on Long Hill Road. Take NJ Transit bus 70 towards New York, which will take you to the New York Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. From the terminal, exit and walk to 8th Ave, then catch the subway at the 42nd St subway station. Take the A or C train downtown to Chambers St. When you exit the station, walk east on Chambers St towards Church St. Turn left onto Church St and then right onto Cedar St. O'Hara's will be on your right at 120 Cedar St.
