Public Transportation
From Paterson, head to the Paterson Train Station located at 1 Market St, Paterson, NJ 07501. Take a NJ Transit train on the Main Line towards Hoboken. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Hoboken Terminal, transfer to the PATH train towards 33rd St. After about a 15-minute ride, get off at the 33rd St station in Manhattan. From there, walk 0.7 miles south to 57 Grove St, which will take around 15 minutes.

From Paterson, go to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. Take the NJ Transit Bus 190 towards New York Port Authority. The bus ride will take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan, exit and walk to the 8th Ave Subway Station. Take the A or C train downtown to West 4th St. From the West 4th St station, walk about 0.5 miles to 57 Grove St, which should take around 10 minutes.

If you are already near the Paterson Falls, head southwest on McBride Ave towards the Passaic River. Cross the bridge, and continue straight on Market St until you reach the Paterson Train Station. From there, follow the instructions for public transportation to reach Arthur's Tavern.
