Getting There

• Bus

  From downtown Paterson, walk to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. Take the NJ Transit Bus #93 to New York City Port Authority Bus Terminal. Once at the terminal, exit and walk to 8th Avenue. Catch the subway at 42nd Street Port Authority Bus Terminal, using the A, C, or E train downtown. Get off at West 4th Street Station and transfer to the B, D, F, or M trains. Take the train to the next stop, 6th Avenue and 8th Street. Exit the subway and walk west on 8th Street, then turn left on MacDougal Street. Cafe Wha? will be on your right at 115 MacDougal Street.

• Train

  From Paterson, walk to the Paterson train station and take the NJ Transit train on the Main Line to Hoboken Terminal. At Hoboken, transfer to the PATH train towards 33rd Street. Get off at the 6th Avenue station. From there, walk north on 6th Avenue, then turn right onto West 4th Street. Continue straight until you reach MacDougal Street, where you will find Cafe Wha? at 115 MacDougal Street on your left.
