Get off at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. From there, exit the terminal and walk towards 8th Avenue. Turn right on 8th Avenue and walk north until you reach 41st Street. Turn left onto 41st Street, and then turn right onto Broadway. City Running Tours will be on your left at 1411 Broadway.

    Begin your journey at the Paterson train station. Board a NJ Transit train on the Main/Bergen County Line heading towards Hoboken. After about 30 minutes, transfer at Secaucus Junction to a train bound for New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at Penn Station, exit and head towards 8th Avenue. Walk north on 8th Avenue until you reach 41st Street, then turn left onto 41st Street and right onto Broadway. City Running Tours will be located at 1411 Broadway, just a short walk from there.
