Getting There

• PATH TRAIN

  To reach the Gershwin Theatre at 222 W 51st St, New York, NY, start by heading to the nearest PATH train station in Jersey City, which is the Journal Square station. You can take a bus or walk to the station from your location. Once at Journal Square, purchase a ticket for the PATH train to 33rd Street. Board the train and enjoy a short ride, approximately 25 minutes. After arriving at the 33rd Street station in Manhattan, exit the station and head west to Sixth Avenue. Continue walking until you reach W 51st St, then turn left. The Gershwin Theatre will be on your right at 222 W 51st St.

• FERRY

  For a scenic route, you can take the NY Waterway ferry from Jersey City. Head to the Paulus Hook ferry terminal or the Harborside terminal, depending on your location. Purchase a ticket to the World Financial Center. Once you arrive at the terminal, disembark and walk towards Liberty Park, then make your way to the subway entrance. Take the subway to 42nd St-Times Square, and from there, walk west to 51st St. The Gershwin Theatre will be at 222 W 51st St.

• BUS

  You can also take a NJ Transit bus from Jersey City to New York City. Find your nearest bus stop, which is usually along Route 1 & 9 or in downtown Jersey City. Look for a bus that goes to Port Authority Bus Terminal. Once you arrive at Port Authority, exit the terminal and walk east on 42nd St, then turn left on 8th Ave. Continue walking until you reach W 51st St, then turn right. The Gershwin Theatre will be located at 222 W 51st St.
