Getting There

Bus
From the Paterson Bus Terminal, take NJ Transit Bus 190 towards New York Port Authority. Stay on the bus for approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the stop at 42nd St and 6th Ave. From there, walk east for about 10 minutes along 42nd St until you reach Park Ave. Turn left onto Park Ave, and you will find the MetLife Building at 200 Park Ave.

From the Paterson Train Station, take the NJ Transit train towards Hoboken. Get off at Secaucus Junction and transfer to a train bound for New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at Penn Station, exit and walk east for about 10 minutes to reach 200 Park Ave. The MetLife Building will be on your left as you walk along the avenue.
