  • PATH Train

    From Jersey City, head to the Exchange Place PATH station. Purchase a ticket and board a train heading to World Trade Center. The journey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at World Trade Center, follow the signs to the Oculus and then take the E subway train towards World Trade Center. Get off at 42nd Street - Port Authority Bus Terminal and transfer to the A, C, or E train towards 34th Street. Get off at 34th Street-Penn Station. From there, you can walk to Central Park South, which is about a 20-minute walk. Follow 34th Street west until you reach 7th Avenue, then turn left on 7th Avenue and walk south until you reach Central Park South. The Pulitzer Fountain will be on your right.

  • Ferry

    Make your way to the Paulus Hook Ferry Terminal in Jersey City. Board the ferry to Wall Street. After disembarking, head to the nearby subway station and take the 2, 4, or 5 train uptown to 42nd Street - Times Square. Transfer to the 1 train and head downtown to 50th Street. From there, walk east towards Central Park South, which is about a 10-minute walk. The Pulitzer Fountain will be located at 764 Central Park South, just a short distance from the park entrance.

    From any point in Jersey City, find the nearest NJ Transit bus stop and take a bus towards New York City. Buses such as the 119, 120, or 126 routes will take you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive at the terminal, walk to 42nd Street and head west towards 7th Avenue. Turn left on 7th Avenue and continue south until you reach Central Park South. The Pulitzer Fountain is located at 764 Central Park South, right by the park.
