If you go to 'World Trade Center', you will transfer at '9th Street' to the 'A' train towards 'Inwood-207th St'. If you go to '33rd Street', transfer at '34th Street-Herald Square' to the 'F' train towards 'Jamaica-179th St'. In both cases, you'll want to disembark at '59th Street - Columbus Circle'. Once you exit the station, walk east along 59th Street until you reach 5th Avenue. Turn left on 5th Avenue and walk north until you reach the intersection with East 92nd Street. The Jewish Museum will be on your left at 1109 5th Ave.

From Hoboken, you can take NJ Transit Bus 126 from the corner of Washington Street and 1st Street. Ride the bus to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City. After arriving at the terminal, walk to 42nd Street and board the 'F' train at 42nd Street-Bryant Park station towards 'Jamaica-179th St'. Get off at '59th Street - Columbus Circle' station. From there, walk east along 59th Street to 5th Avenue, turn left, and continue north to East 92nd Street. The Jewish Museum is located at 1109 5th Ave on your left.
