Merge onto the Garden State Parkway North and take Exit 163 for Paramus. Follow the signs for Forest Avenue. Continue on Forest Avenue until you reach Van Saun County Park on your left. There is free parking available at the park.

    To reach Van Saun County Park via public transportation, take NJ Transit Bus No. 168 from Hackensack. Board the bus at the Hackensack Bus Terminal and ride towards Paramus. Get off at the stop at Forest Avenue and then walk about 0.5 miles south on Forest Avenue to reach the park. Be aware that the bus fare is approximately $2.50 one-way, and the ride may take around 30 minutes depending on traffic.
