Start at the Hoboken Terminal. Head to the waterfront and locate the New York Waterway ferry terminal. Purchase a ticket for the ferry to Manhattan. Board the ferry heading toward 39th Street / West Side. The ferry ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at the 39th Street terminal in Manhattan, exit the ferry, and head east toward 47th Street.

From Hoboken Terminal, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. Get off at the 33rd Street station. Once you exit the station, head east to 6th Avenue and then north to 47th Street. You will find the Barrymore Theatre located between 7th and 8th Avenue at 243 W 47th St.

From Hoboken, you can take NJ Transit bus number 126 or 127 from Washington Street. Get off at the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you are at the terminal, walk east to 8th Avenue and head north to 47th Street. The Barrymore Theatre is located at 243 W 47th St.
