    Getting There

    Ferry

    From Hoboken Terminal, take the NY Waterway ferry towards Manhattan. Board the ferry at the ferry terminal located just outside the station. The ferry will take you directly to the West 39th Street Terminal in Manhattan. The ride offers stunning views of the skyline and takes about 10-15 minutes.

    Subway

    Upon arriving at the West 39th Street Terminal, walk to the nearest subway station, which is the 42nd Street/Port Authority Bus Terminal. From there, take the A or C train downtown (in the direction of Brooklyn) for one stop to 42nd Street/Times Square. Transfer to the 1 train and head uptown towards 137th Street. Get off at the 59th Street/Columbus Circle station. From here, you can walk to Bethesda Terrace, which is located in Central Park.

    Walking

    After exiting the subway at 59th Street/Columbus Circle, walk east towards Central Park. Enter the park and head towards the Bethesda Terrace, which is located roughly in the middle of the park near the Bethesda Fountain. Follow the path signs within the park to guide you directly to the terrace.

    Bus

    Alternatively, from Hoboken, you can take a NJ Transit bus (Line 126 or 128) from the Hoboken Terminal to Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive at Port Authority, you can walk to 42nd Street/Times Square to access the subway or walk east towards Central Park to reach Bethesda Terrace.
