From Hoboken Terminal, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. The train ride takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'World Trade Center' station. Once you exit the station, follow signs for the Oculus and then head to the West Side Highway.

Walk
After exiting the PATH train at the World Trade Center, walk towards the Oculus and then head towards Church Street. Continue walking north on Church Street until you reach Chambers Street. Turn left onto Chambers Street and walk until you reach West Broadway. From there, turn right onto West Broadway and continue until you reach Mulberry Street. Finally, turn left onto Mulberry Street, and you will find 'NYC Gangsters and Ghosts Tours' at 24 Mulberry St.

From Hoboken, you can also take NJ Transit Bus #126 towards New York Port Authority. After about 25-30 minutes, get off at the stop closest to Canal Street. From Canal Street, walk approximately 10 minutes to Mulberry Street. Head north on Mulberry Street, and you will arrive at 24 Mulberry St.
