    From Hoboken, walk to the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place. Once at the terminal, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the 14th Street station. Transfer to the A, C, or E subway lines towards Uptown Manhattan. Take the E train and ride it for 6 stops until you reach the 53rd Street station. Exit the station and walk east on 53rd Street for 1 block.     Head to the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place. Board the NY Waterway ferry heading towards Midtown/W. 39th St. The ferry ride will take about 10-15 minutes.
