Getting There

Ferry
From Hoboken, head to the Hoboken Terminal located at 1 Hudson Place. Once you arrive at the terminal, purchase a ticket for the NY Waterway ferry heading to Midtown or 39th Street. The ferry ride will take approximately 8-15 minutes. When you arrive at the terminal in Manhattan, follow the signs for the exit and walk straight towards 8th Avenue. From there, turn left and walk north on 8th Avenue until you reach Times Square, which will be on your right after about 10-15 minutes of walking.

PATH Train
Make your way to the Hoboken PATH station located at 1301 Hudson Street. Purchase a ticket for the train heading towards World Trade Center. Board the train and ride for about 15 minutes. When you arrive at the World Trade Center station, transfer to the Fulton Street subway station and take the 2 or 4 subway line uptown towards 42nd Street. Get off at the 42nd Street-Times Square station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Times Square, which is just steps away from the subway entrance.

Bus
From Hoboken, locate the NJ Transit bus stop on Washington Street. Take NJ Transit bus #126 or #119 to Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, follow the signs for 42nd Street and exit the terminal. Walk east on 42nd Street for about 5 minutes, and you will reach Times Square.
