PATH Train
From any location in Jersey City, make your way to the nearest PATH train station, such as the Journal Square or Exchange Place station. Purchase a ticket to the World Trade Center station. Board the PATH train and take it to the World Trade Center station. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk towards the Oculus. From there, head to the World Trade Center Transportation Hub and board the E subway train towards Jamaica Center. Get off at 42nd St - Port Authority Bus Terminal station. From there, walk west on 42nd St for two blocks until you reach 200 W 40th St, where Midtown Comics Times Square is located.

Head to the nearest ferry terminal in Jersey City, such as the Liberty State Park or Paulus Hook terminal. Purchase a ticket for the NYC ferry heading towards Wall Street or 34th Street. Once you arrive in Manhattan, disembark and walk to the nearest subway station, which might be the Wall Street station for the 2 or 4 trains. Take the subway uptown to Times Square-42nd St. Exit the subway and walk a few blocks west on 42nd St until you reach 200 W 40th St.

If you are near the waterfront, take a scenic walk along the Hudson River Walk towards the Battery Park City area. Head north until you can access the PATH train station at World Trade Center. Take the PATH to the 33rd St station. Once you arrive, walk two blocks west on 33rd St, then turn north on 6th Ave. Continue walking for a few blocks until you reach 200 W 40th St.
