PATH Train
From Jersey City, head to the nearest PATH train station. If you're at the Journal Square station, take the PATH train towards World Trade Center. Get off at the 33rd Street station. Then transfer to the E subway line towards World Trade Center and get off at the 8th Avenue station. Walk north along 8th Avenue until you reach Broadway. Turn right onto Broadway, and the Museum of Ice Cream will be on your left at 558 Broadway.

Ferry
Head to the Liberty State Park ferry terminal. Board the ferry to Manhattan. Once you arrive at the World Financial Center, walk towards the Hudson River and head north along the riverwalk until you reach the entrance of the subway station at the World Trade Center. Take the E train towards World Trade Center and get off at the 8th Avenue station. Walk north along 8th Avenue until you reach Broadway, then turn right. The Museum of Ice Cream will be on your left at 558 Broadway.

Find a bus stop for the NJ Transit bus service. Take the bus that goes towards Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive at the terminal, exit and walk to the 8th Avenue subway entrance. Take the E train towards World Trade Center and get off at the 8th Avenue station. Walk north along 8th Avenue until you reach Broadway, then turn right. The Museum of Ice Cream will be on your left at 558 Broadway.

Walking
If you are nearby and would like to walk, start at the nearest landmark such as the Jersey City waterfront. Head east towards the Hudson River and then walk along the waterfront towards the Manhattan skyline. Continue walking until you reach the PATH train station at Exchange Place. From there, take the PATH train to 33rd Street. Once in Manhattan, follow the directions for the PATH train as outlined above to get to the Museum of Ice Cream.
