PATH Train
To reach Bethesda Terrace in Central Park from Jersey City, start by heading to the Exchange Place PATH station. Board the PATH train heading towards World Trade Center. Once you arrive at the World Trade Center station, exit and follow the signs to the Oculus and the subway station. From there, take the 1 train towards 242nd Street. Ride the train for 8 stops and get off at the 59th Street – Columbus Circle station. Exit the station and walk northeast on Central Park South until you reach the entrance to Central Park. Continue walking straight until you reach Bethesda Terrace.

Ferry
Begin by heading to the Paulus Hook Ferry Terminal in Jersey City. Take the NY Waterway ferry to the World Financial Center. Once you disembark, follow the signs directing you towards the Hudson River Park. Walk along the river towards Battery Park City. From there, you can enter the subway system at the nearby World Trade Center station and take the 1 train towards 242nd Street. Get off at the 59th Street – Columbus Circle station, exit, and walk northeast on Central Park South until you reach Central Park. Continue until you arrive at Bethesda Terrace.

From Jersey City, you can catch a NJ Transit bus from the Journal Square Bus Terminal. Take the bus towards New York Port Authority Bus Terminal. Once you arrive, exit the terminal and walk to 42nd Street and Times Square subway station. Take the 1 train from there towards 242nd Street, and get off at the 59th Street – Columbus Circle station. Exit the station and walk northeast on Central Park South. Continue walking straight until you reach Bethesda Terrace.
