    Getting There

    Bus

    To reach Hudson Yards from central Paterson, head to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. You can take the NJ Transit Bus #190 towards New York Port Authority. The bus will take you directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive at the Port Authority, exit the terminal and head to 8th Avenue. Walk south for about 10 minutes until you reach Hudson Yards, located between 10th and 11th Avenues.

    Train

    Start at the Paterson Train Station. Board a NJ Transit train on the North Jersey Coast Line towards New York Penn Station. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Penn Station, exit the station and head to 8th Avenue. Walk west towards Hudson Yards, which is located between 10th and 11th Avenues. This walk should take around 15 minutes.

    Walking

    If you are in the downtown area of Paterson, you can choose to walk to Hudson Yards. Head west on Market Street towards the Great Falls National Historical Park. From there, continue walking towards the Paterson Museum and then follow Route 20 west out of Paterson. This is a longer walk, approximately 5 miles, so be prepared for a good trek. Once you reach the edge of the city, you can catch a bus or train to Manhattan.
