From Paterson, head to the nearest NJ Transit bus stop. You can take the NJ Transit bus number 160 towards New York City. The bus will take you directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan. Once you arrive at the Port Authority, exit the terminal and walk to 8th Ave. From there, catch the subway at the 42nd St. - Port Authority Bus Terminal station on the A, C, or E lines. Travel one stop to 42nd St. - Times Square, then transfer to the 1, 2, or 3 line and take it downtown. Get off at Chambers St. station. From Chambers St., it's a 10-minute walk to your destination. Head east on Chambers St. towards Church St., then turn left on Church St. Continue until you reach Walker St., then turn right. Finally, turn left onto Mulberry St and you will find NYC Gangsters and Ghosts Tours at 24 Mulberry St.

Take the NJ Transit train from Paterson Station towards Hoboken. After arriving at Hoboken, transfer to the PATH train heading to 33rd St. in Manhattan. Once you arrive at 33rd St., exit and walk to the 33rd St. subway station. Take the 1 train downtown towards South Ferry. Get off at the Chambers St. station. From Chambers St., it's a short walk to your destination. Head east on Chambers St. towards Church St., then turn left on Church St. Continue until you reach Walker St., then turn right.
