    Getting There

    Bus

    From the Paterson Bus Terminal, take NJ Transit Bus 195 towards New York Port Authority Bus Terminal. After approximately a 30-minute ride, disembark at the stop at 42nd St and 8th Ave. Walk to the nearby 8th Ave Subway Station and take the A train towards Inwood-207th St. Get off at 59th St - Columbus Circle. From there, you can walk to Central Park. Head northeast on Central Park South until you reach the park entrance. Sheep Meadow is located in the southern part of Central Park, just a short walk from the entrance.

    Train

    From Paterson Station, take the NJ Transit train on the Main Line towards Hoboken. Transfer at Secaucus Junction to the NJ Transit train on the North East Corridor Line towards New York Penn Station. Once you arrive at New York Penn Station, exit the station and walk to the 34th St and 8th Ave Subway Station. Take the A train towards Inwood-207th St. Get off at 59th St - Columbus Circle. From there, walk to Central Park and head towards Sheep Meadow, which is located in the southern area of the park.

    If you are near downtown Paterson, you can walk to the Paterson Museum located at 2 Market St. From there, take a left onto Market St and head towards Main St. Walk along Main St until you reach the Paterson Train Station, which is about a 15-minute walk.
