There is no entrance fee required for the park.

To use public transportation, take a NJ Transit train from Raritan Valley to the South Amboy or Long Branch station. From either of these stations, take the NJ Transit bus #817, which will take you directly to Highlands. Once you arrive in Highlands, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the park entrance at 26 Hudson Rd. Make sure to check NJ Transit schedules ahead of time for bus and train times.
