    If you are driving from Raritan Valley, start on US-1 N towards New Brunswick. Merge onto I-287 S and continue for about 13 miles. Take exit 10 for NJ-440 towards Staten Island. Merge onto I-95 S. After about 8 miles, take exit 14 for the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island. Follow the signs to the Goethals Bridge. After crossing the bridge, merge onto I-278 E. Continue on I-278 E until you reach the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge. Once across, follow signs to the Belt Parkway and take the exit for NY-440 N towards Staten Island. Follow signs towards Sandy Hook. Fort Hancock is located at Sandy Hook, NJ 07732. Parking is available on site.
