If you are in the central area of Red Bank, head towards Broad Street. Walk north on Broad Street until you reach the Red Bank train station. This should take about 10 minutes on foot. Once you reach the train station, purchase a ticket for a train heading to New York City. The train will take you directly to Penn Station in Manhattan, which is about a 40-minute ride. After arriving at Penn Station, exit the station and head west on 34th Street. Walk four blocks until you reach 8th Avenue, then turn left and walk south until you reach Hell's Kitchen, which will be around 40th Street.

From anywhere in Red Bank, make your way to the nearest bus stop or the Red Bank train station. If you're at the train station, take the NJ Transit train towards New York City, specifically to Penn Station. If you're taking the bus, look for the coach service that heads towards New York City, as multiple options may be available. Once you arrive at Penn Station, follow the signs to exit the station, then head west on 34th Street for about four blocks, then turn left on 8th Avenue and head south until you reach Hell's Kitchen at approximately 40th Street.
