Train
From Red Bank, head to the Red Bank train station located at 176 Riverside Ave. Once there, purchase a ticket to New York Penn Station. The NJ Transit North Jersey Coast Line train will take you directly to New York Penn Station. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Upon arrival at Penn Station, follow the signs to the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) area and take the E train from there to the World Trade Center station.

Bus
From Red Bank, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Red Bank Plaza. Catch the NJ Transit bus route 831 towards New York Port Authority. The bus ride will take about an hour. Once you arrive at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and walk towards 8th Avenue. From there, you can take the E subway train towards World Trade Center.

Walking and Subway
If you prefer to walk, you can take a leisurely stroll to the nearest train station. Start from the Red Bank Riverwalk, heading southeast toward Monmouth St. Walk towards the Red Bank train station (176 Riverside Ave). From there, take the NJ Transit train to New York Penn Station. After arriving, transfer to the E train at 34th Street-Penn Station heading to World Trade Center.
