From any point within Bandelier National Monument, head towards the entrance of the park and follow the signs directing you towards NM-4. Once you are on NM-4, continue driving for approximately 7 miles. You will pass through the town of White Rock. After passing White Rock, keep an eye out for signs indicating Los Alamos. Turn left onto NM-501, which will take you directly into Los Alamos. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Trinity Drive. Turn left onto Trinity Drive and follow it until you arrive at the Los Alamos Historical Museum. From here, you can park your vehicle. The Ranch School Ice House is located just a short walk from the museum.
