Turn left onto Forest Road 141 and follow it for approximately 2 miles. You will see signs for Middle Fork Trailhead along the road. The trailhead is located near the end of Forest Road 141. Be aware that some sections of the road may be unpaved, so a high-clearance vehicle is recommended.
