Walking
If you are in downtown Las Cruces, start by heading west on Main Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Valley Drive. Turn left onto Valley Drive and continue walking south. After about 1 mile, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit to stay on Valley Drive. Continue on Valley Drive for another half mile until you reach the intersection with Calle Principal. Turn left onto Calle Principal. The La Mesilla Official Scenic Historic Markers will be on your right at 2360 Calle Principal.

Biking
From the Mesilla Valley Mall, head south on Lohman Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Valley Drive. Turn left onto Valley Drive and bike south for about 1.5 miles. You will come to a roundabout; take the second exit to remain on Valley Drive. Continue biking for another half mile until you reach Calle Principal. Turn left onto Calle Principal, and the La Mesilla Official Scenic Historic Markers will be on your right at 2360 Calle Principal.

To reach La Mesilla Official Scenic Historic Markers via public transport, catch the RoadRUNNER Transit bus route 1 from the Las Cruces Downtown Transit Center. Ride the bus towards the Mesilla Valley and get off at the Valley Drive and Calle Principal stop. From there, walk east on Calle Principal for about 0.2 miles, and you will find the La Mesilla Official Scenic Historic Markers at 2360 Calle Principal on your left.
