Car
If you are driving, start from the Sandia Peak Tramway parking lot. Head east on Sandia Crest Road, then turn right onto NM-536 E. Continue for about 3 miles until you reach the junction with San Bernardino Dr NE. Turn left onto San Bernardino Dr NE, and Little Cloud Park will be on your left. There is no entry fee to the park.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, you can take the ABQ RIDE bus route 12 from downtown Albuquerque to the Sandia Peak Tramway. Once you arrive at the tramway, you will need to catch a taxi or rideshare service to reach Little Cloud Park, as there is no direct public transport to the park. The taxi ride should take approximately 15 minutes and may cost around $15-$20.
Walking
If you are up for a walk and are already at the tramway, you can walk to Little Cloud Park. From the tramway, exit onto Sandia Crest Road and follow the road northeast. It will take about 1.5 miles to reach the park, which should take approximately 30-40 minutes on foot. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated!
