From Albuquerque, NM, take I-40 W for approximately 75 miles. Take exit 85 for NM-6 toward Grants. Continue on NM-6 for about 5 miles until you reach Grants. Once in Grants, turn right onto NM-117 N. Follow NM-117 for about 10 miles, then turn left onto Ice Caves Road (look for signs for Ice Cave and Bandera Volcano). Continue on Ice Caves Road for approximately 3 miles until you arrive at the Ice Cave parking area.
