Getting There

Car
From Taos Ski Valley, head southeast on NM-150 S. Continue on NM-150 S for approximately 12 miles until you reach the junction with NM-38. Turn left onto NM-38 E and drive about 5 miles. You will pass through the beautiful Carson National Forest. Look for signs indicating Red River. Continue straight until you reach Red River. In Red River, turn left onto Sangre De Cristo and you will find the Enchanted Forest Cross Country Ski Area at 29 Sangre De Cristo. Be aware that there may be parking fees; check the Enchanted Forest website for current information.

Public Transportation
Currently, there are limited public transportation options directly connecting Taos Ski Valley to Red River. However, you can use a combination of shuttle services. First, take the Taos Ski Valley Shuttle to Taos. From Taos, you can catch the Red River Shuttle Service that runs to Red River. Once you arrive in Red River, head to Sangre De Cristo Street. The ski area is located at 29 Sangre De Cristo. Make sure to check the shuttle schedules ahead of time, as they may vary seasonally and may incur additional costs.
