Getting There

    From Center Square, start at the intersection of New Scotland Avenue and Madison Avenue. Head north on New Scotland Avenue until you reach the intersection with Washington Avenue. Turn right onto Washington Avenue. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with State Street. The New York State Capitol will be on your left, located at the corner of State Street and Washington Avenue. This walk is approximately 15-20 minutes.

    If you prefer to take public transportation, you can catch the CDTA Bus #10 or #12 from the nearest bus stop located on Madison Avenue. Board the bus heading towards the downtown area. After a short ride, disembark at the stop at Washington Avenue and State Street. From there, it is just a short walk to the New York State Capitol, which will be located directly across the street. The bus fare is $1.75.
