From the center of Downtown Albany, head northwest on State Street towards Washington Avenue. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with North Pearl Street. Turn left onto North Pearl Street and walk for another 0.3 miles. Turn right onto Ten Broeck Place, and the Ten Broeck Mansion will be on your left at 9 Ten Broeck Pl. The total walking distance is approximately 0.8 miles and should take around 15-20 minutes.

From Downtown Albany, walk to the nearest bus stop at the corner of State Street and Pearl Street. Take the CDTA bus route #1 (Albany-Watervliet), which runs frequently. After disembarking, walk a short distance down Ten Broeck Place to reach the mansion at 9 Ten Broeck Pl. The bus ride takes approximately 10-15 minutes, not including wait time.
