Board the bus and ride until you reach the stop at Erie St & S Park Ave. From there, walk south on S Park Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach Erie St. Turn left onto Erie St and continue walking for another 2 minutes. The Buffalo Harbor Museum will be on your right at 66 Erie St.
