If you are in Downtown Buffalo, head to the nearest bus stop. You can take the NFTA Metro Bus. Look for the #5 or #8 bus heading towards the waterfront. Board the bus and ride until you reach the stop at Erie St & S Park Ave. From there, walk south on S Park Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach Erie St. Turn left onto Erie St and continue walking for another 2 minutes. The Buffalo Harbor Museum will be on your right at 66 Erie St.

If you are already near the Buffalo waterfront, you can walk to the Buffalo Harbor Museum. Start at Canalside, which is a popular area with many attractions. From Canalside, walk east along the waterfront on the paved walkway. Follow the path towards the Erie Basin Marina. Continue walking past the marina until you reach Erie St. Turn right onto Erie St and walk for about 5 minutes. The museum will be located at 66 Erie St, on your left.
