Bus
From downtown Buffalo, head to the NFTA Metro Bus terminal located at 181 Ellicott Street. Take the NFTA Metro Bus Route 42 towards 'Niagara Falls' and get off at the stop at the intersection of Route 63 and Route 104 (approx. 1 hour ride). From there, you can transfer to the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) Route 55 which will take you closer to Virgil. Get off at the stop closest to Line 2 Rd and walk approximately 15 minutes north to reach Caroline Cellars at 1010 Line 2 Rd #358.

Bicycle
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing program in downtown Buffalo. Start at Main Street and head towards the Niagara River Greenway Trail. Follow the trail north, and once you reach the area around Niagara-on-the-Lake, follow the signs to Virgil. The total biking distance is about 18 miles (around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your speed). Once you arrive in Virgil, navigate to Line 2 Rd and find Caroline Cellars at 1010 Line 2 Rd #358.
