After about 15 minutes, get off at the last stop. Once at the University station, transfer to the #40 bus (St. Catharines) which will take you directly across the border into Canada. Make sure to have your passport ready for crossing. After crossing into Canada, stay on the bus until you reach the St. Catharines terminal. From the terminal, take the #12 bus towards Port Weller East. Get off at the stop nearest to 650 Read Rd, and you will find Happy Rolph's Animal Farm within walking distance.
