Car
If you're driving, start by heading east on NY-23 from any location in the Catskill Mountains. Continue on NY-23 for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with NY-9W. Turn left onto NY-9W North. After approximately 2.5 miles, you will see signs for Hudson River Skywalk. The location is at 27-16 NY-23, Catskill, NY 12414. There is free parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the Trailways Bus from various locations in the Catskill area to the Catskill Bus Terminal. From the bus terminal, you can either take a taxi or rideshare service (like Uber or Lyft) directly to Hudson River Skywalk, which is about 2 miles away. Be aware that taxi fares may vary, so it's a good idea to confirm the cost with the driver before beginning your trip.
Biking
If you prefer biking, there are several scenic routes in the Catskills. You can bike from the Catskill village along the NY-23 route. It is approximately a 3-mile ride to Hudson River Skywalk. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow all traffic rules for safety.

If you are staying nearby and feel adventurous, walking to Hudson River Skywalk can be a lovely experience. From Catskill Village, take Main Street heading east and then connect to NY-23. It is roughly a 2.5-mile walk, and you’ll get to enjoy the natural beauty of the area along the way.
