When you reach the intersection with County Route 42, turn left onto CR-42. Follow CR-42 for about 5 miles until you reach Peekamoose Road. Turn right onto Peekamoose Road, which will take you to the Peekamoose Mountain trailhead. For those using public transportation, the nearest bus station is in Kingston, NY. From Kingston, take the Trailways bus to the town of Olive.
