If you are starting from the Hudson River waterfront, head north on Warren Street towards the intersection with 2nd Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles, and you will find the FASNY Museum of Firefighting at 117 Harry Howard Ave on your left. Look for the large sign marking the museum entrance.

From the Hudson train station, exit and head east towards the intersection of 3rd Street and Station Hill. Catch the #17 bus heading towards Greenport. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop on Harry Howard Avenue.
