From downtown Ithaca, start at the Ithaca Commons, located at the intersection of State St and Seneca St. Head south on State St towards the Cayuga Lake. Continue straight for about half a mile until you reach the intersection with Route 89. Cross Route 89 carefully, and continue on the pathway that follows the lake shore. After approximately 0.7 miles, you will reach a small parking area on your right. Potter's Falls is located just a short walk from here.
