Walking
If you are starting from downtown Ithaca, head south on the Commons (State Street) until you reach the intersection with Seneca Street. Turn left onto Seneca Street and continue walking until you reach the traffic circle. From the traffic circle, take the second exit onto Lake Street. Follow Lake Street for about 0.5 miles. The Ithaca Falls Natural Area will be on your left, just before you reach the intersection with Fall Creek Drive. Look for the entrance to the park, which is marked with signs.
Public Transit
From downtown Ithaca, you can take TCAT bus route 11 headed toward South Hill. Board the bus at the stop outside the Tompkins County Public Library. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop on Lake Street near the intersection with Fall Creek Drive. Once you get off the bus, walk a short distance back on Lake Street, and the entrance to Ithaca Falls Natural Area will be on your right.
