From Collegetown, head south on College Avenue towards the intersection with State Street. Continue straight on College Avenue, and you will reach the intersection with the Ithaca Commons. Turn right onto the Ithaca Commons, which is a pedestrian-only area filled with shops and cafes. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach 171 Ithaca Commons, where the Sagan Planet Walk is located.
Public Bus
If you prefer to use public transportation, locate the nearest bus stop on College Avenue. Take the Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit (TCAT) bus route that goes towards the Ithaca Commons. The fare is $1.50 per ride. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at the Ithaca Commons stop. From there, walk to 171 Ithaca Commons, which is a short 5-minute walk away.
