Walking
From the center of Lake Placid, head southeast on Main Street toward Saranac Avenue. Continue on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Saranac Avenue, where you will turn left. Follow Saranac Avenue as it curves to the right and becomes Church Street. After about 1.5 miles, you will arrive at 89 Church St Suite 2 in Saranac Lake. The Saranac Laboratory Museum will be on your left.

If you have a bike, start at the center of Lake Placid and pedal southeast on Main Street towards Saranac Avenue. When you reach the intersection, turn left onto Saranac Avenue. Continue straight as Saranac Avenue transitions into Church Street. After approximately 1.5 miles, keep an eye out for 89 Church St Suite 2, where The Saranac Laboratory Museum is located. Park your bike at the designated area nearby.

Take the local bus service that operates between Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. Board the bus at the nearest stop in Lake Placid and request to get off at the stop closest to 89 Church St. After disembarking, walk a short distance down Church Street.
